Package Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all smart-tech components and tags are intact and included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
